WHO WE ARE

Damian Yanessa is a licensed contractor and the owner / operator of Yanessa Contracting Services.  With over a decade of experience in the field, he is hands on with the process, management, and quality control of all his projects.  The team consists of a network of professional subcontractors, tradesman, and skilled laborers that work collaboratively, and have been together from the beginning.

Yanessa Contracting does NOT take on an abundance of projects at once.  Realizing the dangers of overbooking, and how it affects both quality control and customer service, we take pride in every project, and strive to give each one the attention it deserves.
